The spigot ends of the pipe or fittings should be aligned as much as possible, and should not exceed the regular offset in the connection procedure, that is, 10% of the pipe wall thickness, and the lack of 1mm is counted as 1mm.
Because of the friction loss of the hot melt butt welding machine and the additional resistance of the drag resistance of moving the movable clamp forward, this pressure is added to the required butt welding pressure. If necessary, clean the welding surface and the heating object. Use a wooden scraper to scrape off the polyethylene residue on the heating object; check whether the welding surface coating of the heating object is intact and not scratched.
Place the heating object between the ends of the pipe, make the pipe on the hot-melt butt welder close to the heating object and apply a certain pressure until the melting and flanging reaches a regular width; reduce the pressure so that the end of the pipe and the heating object just stick Touch; After reaching the heat-absorbing moment, move the movable clamp of the butt welder back and remove the heated object. Quickly check the end of the heated pipe to determine whether the molten end is damaged in the process of moving and heating the object, and then move the movable clamp of the butt welder again to make the end of the pipe touch.
During the entire butt welding process and the subsequent cooling process, the hot melt butt welding machine should maintain a certain pressure; after the butt welding and cooling time is reached, the pressure of the butt welding machine is released to make the pressure zero.
