Operating procedures
1. Check before starting
1.1 Check whether the saw blade is in good condition, and replace it if there is a cut or crack.
1.2 According to the specifications of the high pressure hose, replace the corresponding positioning pin and guide sleeve.
2. Operation steps
2.1 Turn on the power supply and start the motor.
2.2 Pass the cut high-pressure hose into the replaced guide sleeve, pull the knife-shaped handle to drive the hose into the saw blade, the hose is cut, and when the slide plate is reset, it will be pulled back to its original position by two tension springs.
2.3 Insert the inner hole of the cut rubber tube into the positioning pin shaft. When the saw blade rotates, cut a seam at the place where the rubber is to be stripped to ensure that the rubber tube has a good glue breaking effect.
2.4 After working, the power must be cut off.
Precautions
1. The spindle speed change must be carried out after stopping. The gears must be fully meshed when shifting. When the machine tool is found to be abnormal, stop and check immediately.
2. Before cutting, adjust the cutter and clamp the workpiece. The length of the clamping part shall not be less than 50 mm. The parking baffle should be fixed, and it can be operated only after the sequence of clamping, unclamping, forward and backward testing.
3. When the machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body shall touch the transmission parts. When operating, tie up the cuffs and strictly prohibit working with gloves. The human head should deviate from the cutting direction.
4. When changing tools, measuring workpieces, lubricating, and cleaning pipe heads, the machine must be stopped.
5. When cutting the tube head, prevent the tube head from flying out and hurting people.
6. When the long material pipe is put into the material rack and the bundled lead wire is loosened, measures should be taken to prevent the pipe from rolling, impacting, and crushing people.
7. When using the grinding wheel pipe cutting machine, check whether the grinding wheel is damaged, cracked, damp, and the power cord is reliable.
8. The dust removal device of the pipe cutting machine should be intact before cutting.
9. No one should stand in the direction of the workpiece in and out.
