Welding parameters include welding machine model, welding machine number, ambient temperature, welding date, welding time, welder code, project number, welding port number, welded pipe component type (raw material level, nominal outer diameter, nominal wall thickness or SDR Value), drag pressure (peak drag pressure and dynamic drag pressure), heating plate temperature, edge pressure, heat absorption time, switching time, welding pressure, cooling time, etc.
4. After milling the end face of the pipe element, it can automatically check whether the pipe element is clamped firmly.
5. Automatically measure the drag pressure (peak drag pressure and dynamic drag pressure) and automatically compensate the drag pressure.
6. Automatically monitor the temperature of the heating plate. If the temperature of the heating plate is not within the set working temperature range, the welder should not be able to perform welding.
7. All stages (pressurization, edge formation, pressure reduction, heat absorption, switching, pressurization, pressure maintenance, and cooling) after the heating plate is inserted into the pipe components to be welded are automatically performed.
8. The microprocessor adopts a closed-loop control system. When the welding parameters suddenly appear in the welding process, the welding machine can automatically interrupt the welding and give an alarm.
